Terms of Service for The Creatives Reset

Effective Date: April 5, 2025

By subscribing to The Creatives Reset or participating in any related content, community, or coaching experiences, you agree to the following terms:

1. Free vs. Paid Access

• Free subscribers receive daily emails and podcast episodes.

• Paid members receive access to the FOCUSED Weekly Reset podcast, IN FOCUSED FLOW Co-Working Calls, and Clarity + Consistency Mastery Calls.

2. Coaching Clients

• Coaching clients receive complimentary access to The Creatives Reset for the duration of their coaching package.

• Coaching sessions and materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or replicated without written permission.

3. Community Expectations

We ask all participants to:

• Engage respectfully

• Honor confidentiality shared in group calls

• Refrain from self-promotion in community spaces unless invited

We reserve the right to remove participants who violate community standards or act in bad faith.

4. Payment and Cancellations

• Subscriptions can be canceled at any time.

• Due to the digital nature of these services, there are no refunds after purchase.

• For coaching clients, terms are outlined in the coaching agreement sent at the time of booking.

5. Content Ownership

All original content, podcast episodes, frameworks (including the SEED System), and materials are copyrighted by The Creatives Reset and Tiffany M Ruffner unless otherwise noted.
