Grace and peace, wise creative!!
This week is halftime.
Six months behind us.
Six months ahead.
And it’s time to reset on purpose.
Today’s Refresh Week episode is more than a reflection—it’s a release. A call to drop the shiny object syndrome, the untested armor, the distractions posing as divine direction. Whether it’s junk marketing, emotional cravings, or the pressure to perform, we are invited to realign with the voice of God and return to our core calling.
From Proverbs 5’s warning against seductive distractions to James 5’s exhortation to wait patiently like a farmer, we’re reminded that creative fruit comes by way of patience, clarity, and consistent intimacy with the Lord.
📖 Scripture Focus
Hebrews 13:14–15 (ESV)
"For here we have no lasting city, but we seek the city that is to come. Through him then let us continually offer up a sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of lips that acknowledge his name."
James 5:7–8 (CSB)
"Therefore, brothers and sisters, be patient until the Lord’s coming... Strengthen your hearts because the Lord’s coming is near."
